Mini Murals Sunset Valley

In 2022 we launched a Mini Murals program for Sunset Valley, Texas. The goal was to strengthen the identity, pride, and sense of place for this tiny municipality, which is surrounded by the City of Austin. The first phase includes five installations at visible intersections. As with all of our Mini Murals, the installations are original artworks. The artist of all five Mini Murals is Avery O. Designs. The project reimagines traffic signal control cabinets (aka utility cabinets) as blank canvases for civic art.
